Ramen Burger Shop; Blue Hill at Stone Barns’ Wine Dinner

• The creator of the infamous ramen burger, Keizo Shimamoto, is set to open up a shop in the Financial District. The Maiden Lane storefront bears a sign reading “Ramen.Co by Keizo Shimamoto.” No word yet on whether the burger will make the leap from Smorgasburg to Manhattan. [Eater NY]

• Long Island City residents will soon have the chance to drink in Station LIC, a bar modeled after an old train station. It takes the place of a vacant building that once served as a set in the Tom Cruise movie Cocktail. Station will also serve bar bites. [DNAinfo]

• Two former New York Knicks plan to open Custom Fuel Pizza and Salads in Harlem next week. John Starks and Anthony Mason have joined the “make your own pizza” shop as investors. Gluten-free pies are available, if that’s your thing. [Grub Street]
