Alex Pozzan, the owner of 11-year-old café Parco on Seventh Avenue near 14th Street, died suddenly last week. The tiny neighborhood space, which served sweet and savory pastries, cookies, Italian coffee, and homemade carrot dog biscuits, has closed, possibly for good.
