Oops: Ever since word got out that NBC has its own private Starbucks set up in Sochi for all those poor souls who have been trapped in Russia all these long Olympic weeks, security has gotten quite a bit tighter. Turns out the reason is that McDonald’s is the official Olympic coffee sponsor, so the network was worried about all those mermaid-laden cups being seen around the games.
