Industry Night at Maialino; The Poiarkoff Brothers to Cook Together at Hillside

The Pines chef John Poiarkoff will collaborate on a dinner with his brother, Mike Poiarkoff, who recently took over the kitchen at Vinegar Hill House. It will take place at Hillside on Thursday, February 27, and the four courses includes dishes like monkfish with hearts of palm and aged beef tartare with kimchi.
