Turns out that management at ’inoteca wasn’t kidding the other day when it said “we invite all friends past and present to come and help us drink our 1,300 bottles of amazing Italian wine by Sunday morning at 4 a.m.” the other day. Yes, the restaurant is still closing down forever this weekend, but now Eater notices a Reddit post indicating just how serious they are about all that wine. Deep discounts started yesterday, with half off all whites and rosé, and the restaurant’s wine director writes that whatever remains will likely be 80 percent off by the time Saturday night rolls around.
