There are intimations of trouble at the Four Seasons beyond its current Picasso woes: “Page Six” floats the rumor that real-estate investor and entrepreneur Aby Rosen, whose RFR Holding is Julian Niccolini’s landlord at the famed space, wants to open his own swanky restaurant in its place. The site suggests current lease negotiations have hit an impasse and notes that 2016 may be the end of the Four Seasons as we know it. Others disagree: “We’ve been here since 1959, and we’ll be here for another 15 years,” says Niccolini. [Page Six, Related]
