
Here’s a photo (via Eater) of Cronut inventor Dominique Ansel doing what he does best: being thoughtful. That the Soho baker posted a photo on Twitter in which he is shown distributing red roses to the people who braved the pre-dawn cold to get one of his signature pastries on Valentine’s Day may seem self-promotional, but the gesture is just sweet, really, more than anything else. The line this morning was — as you probably might expect — a bit longer than usual.
