Lure Fishbar’s Robert Collins won’t be opening a seafood-focused Mexican restaurant in the old Churrascaria Tribeca space, after all. Instead, “media titans” Dan Abrams and Dave Zinczenko have teamed up with Christine Cole of Bondst and are planning a wine-focused farm-to-table restaurant.
