Hear that? The first few hundred kegs from Michigan-based Bell’s Brewery are being tapped right now, in at least four of five boroughs. So tonight, to commemorate the momentous occasion, Saved by the Bell episodes will blare from all screens at Brooklyn’s Double Windsor, and an old-fashioned, out-of-town beer-welcoming party will take place at Beer Culture in Hell’s Kitchen. That’s just the tip of the iceberg for the beloved brewer’s big New York City debut, as there are several events taking place now through Thursday where Bell’s — including Hopslam, Smitten Golden Rye, Oarsman Ale, and Two-Hearted Ale — will be poured. It’s all detailed over at Brew New York. A few fine establishments even have eleven Bell’s beers on tap, so those ales are most definitely tolling for thee. [Brew New York, Earlier]
