The French chef is expanding his worldwide portfolio of high-end restaurants to include a food website chockablock with “recipes, video tutorials, restaurant addresses and information about ingredients,” Paris By Mouth reports. The guy who called Carbone a “hole-in-the-wall restaurant” will make some content available for free, and then will reportedly use a subscription-based model that charges users around $6 per month for full access.
