Several tons of mechanically separated chicken have been recalled by Tyson Foods after seven Tennessee prison inmates fell ill with salmonella after eating the product last month. The meat affected by the recall is available in institutional settings only, not sold in stores, so maybe go meatless if your workplace suddenly starts offering a special on chicken chub steaks.
