The team behind Toro and Willow Road have opened a secret bar in the backroom of Toro — but no place is a secret once Lindsay Lohan starts drinking there. While Backbar isn’t actually a part of the restaurant, it’s the “unofficial Toro clubhouse,” where “well-known food writers mingle” and Toro’s beverage director, Caitlin Doonan, makes cocktails.
