EV Grieve notices that lots of work is under way in the old Something Sweet bakery space at 177 First Avenue, where the popular Smorgasburg vendor has put up a sign indicating it’s getting its “schnitz together.” If nothing else there are plenty of puns in the business’s future, and the cheeky message is a good reminder that “schnitz” has real potential to be the new balls.
