While we wait and see where Anthony Bourdain’s massive street-food-based market will land, it’s of note that Keizo Shimamoto’s Ramen Burger, otherwise known as the other big edible meme of 2013, will this year be making the transition from outdoor market food to permanent fixture when it opens inside Berg’n, Brooklyn Flea’s huge “beer garden” and food hall coming to Crown Heights sometime in March. Other tenants include Mighty Quinn’s, Asiadog, and Pizza Moto, all of which already have or are working on opening brick-and-mortar outposts.
