Each new menu at Grant Achatz and Nick Kokonas’s Chicago restaurant Next gets its own commemorative trailer, and for its Chicago Steakhouse iteration, the chef and his boys get all mid-century modern: Martinis are poured, cards get shuffled, and a couple of ladies in A-line dresses wear their lipstick bright red. It’s sort of like a fight scene from The Raid meets the video for TLC’s “Red Light Special,” but with less T-Boz and more T-bones.
