Lotteria, the Japan-based vendor of ramen burgers, terrifying milkshakes, and not-so-terrifying burgers, has ventured off the fast-food deep end with these French fries served with a chocolate dipping sauce. The best part, apparently, is that the sauce is served in a little tart shell you can eat when the fries are done. The promotion ends right before Valentine’s Day, perhaps because nothing says love like the unholy union of chocolate and potato grease. [Brand Eating, Earlier]
