With a huff and a puff of new legislation, not to mention the explicit promise that its dining room is “ergonomically designed to reduce paranoia,” Colorado-based mini-chain Hapa Sushi has unveiled its latest gambit in appealing to community tokers: A multicourse menu suggesting ideal strains of newly legalized marijuana to match its signature dishes — Blue Dream syncs up pretty well with the katsu curry, for example. The weed-food combos aren’t actually being sold at the restaurants, but the pairings are supposedly real. “Some thought was put into them,” an executive from Hapa Sushi’s ad agency tells the Huffington Post.
