Like General Mills announced regarding original flavor Cheerios earlier this month, Post Foods says that it has modified the Grape-Nuts Original recipe for the better, and boxes now proudly sport a “non-GMO verified” stamp. Grape-Nuts still contains the “49g of whole grains people have known and loved for more than a century,” but for whatever reason, it’s also now entirely devoid of Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Riboflavin, and B12. Speculation is that the company replaced the soy powder it had been using, but Post doesn’t want to talk about it. [Food Navigator, Earlier]
