The acclaimed cookbook writer’s Essex Market stall Beurre & Sel may be closed, but Dorie Greenspan is working on an as-yet-untitled cookie book, which Publishers Marketplace (subscription required) reports will have a staggering 150 cookie recipes, along with 75 color photos. Greenspan is also working simultaneously on another one, to be called Baking Chez Moi, so you should probably start stocking up on some high-quality silicone baking mats right now.
