The Bromberg brothers will join Umami Burger, Num Pang, Little Muenster, Dos Toros Taqueria, and the Institute of Culinary Education at Brookfield Place, the upcoming dining terrace in the World Financial Center. There’s no word on which of the many Blue Ribbon ventures they’ll open, but money’s on Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken. Or perhaps it’s something brand-new? Blue Ribbon Bread Pudding needs to exist.
