Hot off its big Third and 3rd grand opening this morning in Brooklyn, Whole Foods now says it plans to open yet another NYC location, at Sixth Avenue between 41st and 42nd Streets near Bryant Park. The two-story, 32,000-square-foot store joins three other outposts forthcoming in Harlem, the Upper East Side, and Williamsburg, increasing the grocer’s presence in the city by 50 percent. Soon, no one will ever have to be more than twenty blocks from kombucha on tap. [WSJ, Earlier, Earlier, Earlier]
