One of New York’s most well-loved new-wave barbecue spots,Mighty Quinn’s, has announced its next location will open in Clifton, New Jersey. We now know it’s sometimes quicker to hop across the East River to the restaurant when the line is extra-long at its Smorgasburg stall, but this new branch raises the question: Will it be faster to catch the New Jersey Transit across the Hudson to Clifton when the East Village and forthcoming Brookfield Place locations are swamped, too?
