The Post has some more crucial details on Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s plant-based restaurant project: He doesn’t mention anything about raw foods, but the big guy says ABC Home Grown will be a “vegetarian restaurant with vegan offerings,” and that the menu will encompass Middle Eastern and Asian flavors.
