
Publishers Marketplace (subscription required) reports that North End Grill chef and partner Floyd Cardoz has sold a cookbook to Artisan called The Time to Cook, which, like its title suggests, will “teach the home cook to plan meals based on the time and situation.” This will be Cardoz’s second book, following the great One Spice, Two Spice: American Food, Indian Flavors from 2006, which was based on his food at now-closed Tabla.
