Remember the manager at New Jersey’s Tick Tock diner who tried to pay $20,000 for a hit man to kill his uncle so he could take over the business? Well, the scheming nephew has officially been been indicted. Charges include first-degree conspiracy to commit murder, attempted murder, and robbery, plus a bunch of weapons offenses, and despite the overwhelming evidence — he met with a cop posing as a hit man and presented him with a gun, two photos of his uncle, a map to his house, and $3,000 — he is pleading not guilty.
