Sarge’s Delicatessen in Murray Hill was very nearly destroyed this time last year in a three-alarm fire that took 150 firefighters around 90 minutes to get under control. But after a months-long rebuilding process, not to mention some red tape, it looks like the neighborhood institution is about to reopen.
