The Pennsylvania-based company’s “Turkey Hill Moose Tracks Stuff’d Frozen Dairy Dessert” and a few more varieties may contain an unwelcome sharp object or two, according to the manufacturer, which has issued a voluntary recall on selected pints. Turkey Hill says only batches shipped to Pennsylvania, Maryland, and West Virginia stores are at risk, and it’s offering replacement ice cream to anyone affected. There have been no reports of injury, which, since the FDA has abandoned all but “high-risk” recalls, we’re happy to hear. [Turkey Hill via ABC]
