Saison chef Joshua Skenes will bring a little bit of the Bay Area to Tribeca when he cooks with chef-pal Matthew Lightner at Atera on November 18. The pair will serve a menu based on the wild and foraged foods from the East and West Coasts, and Skenes will even present a few of the dishes he’s now known for, like ember-roasted Monterrey Bay abalone and grilled pine mushrooms. The dinner will have two seatings, at 6 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.; tickets, which include wine, are $500 per person. Call the restaurant at 212-226-1444 to make a reservation. [Related]
