In addition to plenty of raw shellfish, pan roasts, and the genuine possibility of house-breaded fish sticks, the forthcoming Park Slope outpost of the Grand Central Oyster Bar & Restaurant will also encompass a small fish market. Reps send word that the retail area will take up twenty feet of real estate directly in front of the open kitchen, and will carry a variety of clams, oysters, mussels, and fresh fish when the Fifth Avenue space opens later this year.
