Several eleventh-hour lease extensions have kept the Living Room in business longer than previously expected, but the music venue will finally close its doors on October 26 after eleven years in its Ludlow Street location. The Lo-Down notes that its owners are looking to reopen in a new location, so if anyone spots a vacant space that could be turned into an intimate acoustic haven, do send an e-mail their way.
