K-Town Festival This Saturday; $1 Oysters at the Standard Grill

21 Club’s general manager, Bryan McGuire, is retiring after 25 years at the restaurant. David Burke Restaurant Group alum Theodore “Teddy” Suric will fill the position. [Grub Street]

• This Saturday is the 33rd Korean Parade and K-Town Festival, taking place in Koreatown located on 32nd Street between Broadway and Fifth Avenue. There will be a street fair with restaurants and food vendors serving up Korean pancakes, kimchee, Korean-style sushi, and bulgogi from 10 a.m to 4 p.m., as well as a K-pop concert from 2 to 4 p.m. More information can be found here.
