Laura O’Neill, Ben Van Leeuwen, and Pete Van Leeuwen, founders of the five-year-old ice cream company, have sold their first cookbook, Publishers Marketplace (subscription required) reports. The Van Leeuwen Artisan Ice Cream Book will contain a “collection of classic recipes for every palate and season, with a focus on whole, natural ingredients, featuring the perfect technique to produce smooth, luxurious ice cream every time with a remarkable clarity of flavor.” The title will be published by Ecco, and we’re guessing there may be a vegan scoop or two in there, too.
