Khe-Yosk Opens for Lunch; Danny Bowien and Elizabeth Falkner Headline Prosciutto Party

Khe-Yo opened a walk-up counter, Khe-Yosk, today. Chef Phet Schwader will offer a rotation of bánh mí sandwiches that will feature ingredients like Berkshire pork belly and Jurgielewicz duck for $11. Khe-Yosk will be open Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and is located adjacent to Khe-Yo’s entrance at 157 Duane Street. [Grub Street]

• For the first time, New York’s Nobu Next Door is offering brunch, with signature Nobu dishes like king crab amazu and rock-shrimp tempura and new dishes like Kurobuta bacon katsu and Washu pastrami ranchero. Brunch will be available on weekends from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. [Grub Street]

• In celebration of the Consorzio del Prosciutto di Parma’s 50th anniversary on September 26, chefs including Elizabeth Falkner, Danny Bowien, and Charlie Bird’s Ryan Hardy will serve dishes featuring prosciutto that Thursday at the Wythe Hotel.
