Whole Foods is about to get some serious competition: Fairway Market is launching a 52,000-square-foot store at 225 Greenwich Street (at the corner of Murray Street). With this, Susur Lee’s Chinese restaurant, and Legends Hospitality’s quotidian food service operations set to open, the neighborhood surrounding the World Trace Center is quickly becoming a destination dining area.
