Dinner Lab isn’t the only out-of-town supper club coming to New York this fall. Wolvesmouth — the L.A. hit run by Craig Thornton — will be back in New York, hosting two seatings per night on September 13 and 14. (Thornton was also here back in June.) The good news is that tickets don’t go on sale until tomorrow at 11 a.m. EST, so you’ve actually still got a shot at getting in.

For those who don’t know, Thornton’s food is defined for its casual creativity and technicolor presentation (as you can see in that photo of halibut up above — and you can see plenty more food here). Wait lists for his dinners in California can stretch to months or years. The New York dinners in September will be held in a 19th Street loft — attendees get the actual address closer to the dinner — and seatings will be at 7:30 and 10 p.m.

Head here to snag tickets. It will run attendees $165 plus fees for the nine-course meal — if that sounds like a lot of money, here’s a seven-page New Yorker profile that might convince you to pony up.
