Wired and Bon Appétit Running Collaborative Content in October Issues

Nice pairing.
Nice pairing.

Adweek’s annual “Food Issue” is out this week, and among the features is the news that Bon Appétit and Wired are planning some special crossover content to run in each magazine’s October issue. Among the features is a close look (we think) at Dave Chang’s forthcoming launch of specialty “bönji” and “hözon” fermentations, which encompass both food and tech, not to mention the theme of both magazines. Adweek also makes note of how print publications are stepping up food coverage across the board, citing the “Fashionable Food” section at Harper’s Bazaar and Alan Richman’s now-weekly restaurant reviews for GQ as examples.
