Conflict among ice-cream trucks is nothing new, but the latest bout doesn’t involve slashed tires or death threats: Instead, Mister Softee is suing four other look-alike trucks. Per the suit, this is for the good of the public: The Softee impostors trick customers into thinking they’re getting real-deal soft-serve but are instead serving an inferior product, Softee’s lawyers claim.
