The Michelin-starred, much-celebrated Dovetail has apparently been rocking a C-level health-inspection grade since way back in May. Violations include cold food being held above 41 degrees, improper plumbing, and the ever-popular “food contact surface not properly washed.” The restaurant itself has a Grade Pending sign outside while it awaits its hearing on the verdict. In addition to the potential hearing, a DOH spokesperson tells DNAinfo that the restaurant will get another inspection sometime in the next several months. [DNAinfo, Related]
