Delta Air Lines Teaming Up With Danny Meyer for In-Flight ’Cue

Danny Meyer’s restaurant group opened a Shake Shack and an outpost of Blue Smoke in JFK’s Terminal 4 back in May, and today Delta announces it has partnered with Union Square Hospitality Group to bring Blue Smoke meals into the cabins of BusinessElite Express flights to Heathrow. Beginning in February of 2014, the restaurant will begin serving a signature cocktail, and executive chef Kenny Callaghan and chef de cusine Jeffrey Held are developing meals to serve to travelers on the route, which flies between New York and London three times daily.
