Today, Carl’s Jr. is officially selling Pop-Tart ice-cream sandwiches, with “hand-scooped” vanilla ice cream and two halves of one strawberry-flavored Pop-Tart. It even comes free with the purchase of a Super Bacon Cheeseburger combo. While it’s a pretty brilliant marketing idea, this is ridiculously easy to make at home. S’mores Pop-Tart with salted caramel ice cream? Hot-fudge-sundae Pop-Tart with banana gelato? Frosted brown-sugar cinnamon Pop-Tart with peach ice cream? (This list is never-ending.)
