Maiden Lane is hosting J. Bridger, a monthly dinner series project created by Garrett Eagleton and Leif Sundstrom. The first dinner on Monday will feature seven courses with drink pairings for $120. There are only 25 seats, so reservations will go fast. [Grub Street]
