The long-awaited Ippudo Westside opens on West 51rd Street on July 13, a fact you’ll no doubt want to celebrate with Brooklyn Brewery’s Kaedama Ale, a special release brewed with German and American malts and fermented with Belgian yeast. It’s got a “rich russet color, a slightly spicy dry palate with gentle notes of dark fruit, and a clean dry finish.” The beer is named after the system of ordering an extra hit of noodles at the restaurant.
