The long-delayed, now-soon-to-open Park 112 wine bar at 2080 Frederick Douglass Boulevard will allow guests to “pour” their own vintages by stepping up to the robo-spigots of the self-serve Enomatic wine-dispensing machine, which keeps bottles appropriately cool and dispenses whites and reds by the taste or full glass, all with just the touch of a button and the magic of prepaid cards, DNAinfo reports. The Park 112 will have a sommelier making the rounds to help steer customers down the right path when it opens next month, but, more important, it will also have prosecco on tap. [DNAinfo]
