Motorino is rightfully returning to Brooklyn, with new dishes to go along with the stellar cherrystone-clam and Brussels sprouts–and-pancetta pies. Expect portabella, Pugliese, and melanzane (roasted eggplant) pizzas, as well as an awesome-looking frittatina, which is an olive-oil-fried macaroni cake made with provolone cheese and prosciutto.
