Several companies, including Missouri Gas Energy and Time Warner Cable Midwest, have been named in a lawsuit filed last week by the parents of Megan Kramer, who was killed at JJ’s restaurant in Kansas City during a gas explosion earlier this year. Though several people were left injured by the blast and its effects on February 19, the 46-year-old restaurant hostess was the only person who died as a direct result of the incident.
