In an effort to draw in visitors to Jamaica Bay in the first beach season after Hurricane Sandy, the city and the National Park Service are bringing in mobile food vendors to Jacob Riis Park. Expect smoothie seller Pura Vida, along with Eddie’s Pizza Truck, which will make its boardwalk debut this Sunday. Kenny Lao’s Rickshaw Dumpling will ultimately join the lineup, and the city says more vendors will be announced soon. [Crain’s]
