The cooks at Grange Bar & Eatery in Hamilton Heights have been waiting for the gas service to power up the kitchen, Harlem Bespoke notes, but it just isn’t happening — yet. For the time being, the restaurant is making do with a “small electric oven,” some small plates, and a lot of moxie, and its newly debuted “Con Ed” menu is composed of items that don’t require gas. Selections include charcuterie, cheese, and a watermelon salad served with feta cheese and greens. [Harlem Bespoke]
