Grub Street hears that, as of 5 p.m. today, the 180-seat outpost of Dinosaur Bar-B-Que is finally opening at 604 Union Street (between Third and Fourth Avenues). Expect the same great wings, ribs, and brisket, plus a few menu items that are unique to this location: Breakfast All Day (a smoked-brisket-and-poblano hash with a sunny-side-up egg), the Ode to Domolise (a sandwich of brisket, beef gravy, and Swiss cheese), and the F.G.T.V. (fried green tomatoes, pimento cheese, cabbage, and chow-chow). There will also be Brooklyn beers on tap, Brooklyn Brine pickles, and drinks from Brooklyn Soda Works. Boom!
