Kobe taco and bespoke cigar-loving entrepreneur Anthony Scaramucci is in the process of raising funds to open a new restaurant for “hedge-fund and private-equity professionals,” Bloomberg reports. “The Mooch,” along with Southern Hospitality and Destino restaurateur Eytan Sugarman and Morgan Stanley vet Stanley David Barrett, says it’ll take $4 million to open the Hunt and Fish Club in midtown, at 125 West 44th Street. But it will be so worth it. Documents for potential investors describe the venue as a “clubhouse” and an alternative to similar, “not fun” venues where the staff is unattractive. Once open, this game-changer will appeal to those with a “high to extremely-high disposable income.” Of course it will. [Bloomberg/SF Gate, Related]
