
Morgan’s Pier, the backyard beer garden that Avram Hornik and his 4 Corners Management team opened and recieved tremendous acclaim with last year on the Delaware River waterfront, kicks off its second season tonight. New for this summer is George Sabatino in the kitchen, kicking out a series of impressive menus that have picnic-y munchies, sophisticated sit-down dining, vegetarian and vegan options, and kids all covered. Hornik and company also built a new 10-seat elevated dining area where a $30 fixed price menu will be available. At the bar, Sabatino’s fiancee Jennifer Conley is also on board running the bar program, which is dominated by crafts on draft, tons of beer in cans, and summery cocktails, like Shandies, Dark and Stormies, Micheladas and Rickys.
